This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and disputes are handled on the AGRORION platform.


Marketplace Disclaimer

AGRORION is a technology platform only. All products listed on the Platform are sold by independent third-party sellers, not by AGRORION.

As such:

  • AGRORION does not accept returns

  • AGRORION does not issue refunds for products

  • AGRORION is not a party to sales transactions

All refund and return requests must be directed to the seller from whom the product was purchased.


Seller-Specific Policies

Each seller on AGRORION is required to disclose their own refund and return policy within their listings or seller profile.

Seller policies may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Perishability

  • Livestock regulations

  • Health and safety considerations

  • Local, state, or federal law

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and understanding a seller’s policies before completing a purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural goods, many items sold on AGRORION may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable produce

  • Livestock or live animals

  • Dairy and egg products

  • Custom or made-to-order goods

  • Items restricted by health or safety laws

These restrictions may be required by Tennessee law, Shelby County regulations, or City of Germantown ordinances.


Livestock Sales

All livestock sales are governed by:

  • Seller-specific terms

  • Applicable agricultural and animal welfare laws

  • Any written agreements between buyer and seller

AGRORION does not guarantee:

  • Health, condition, or suitability of livestock

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Regulatory compliance

Livestock returns are generally not permitted unless explicitly agreed to by the seller in writing.


Food & Consumable Products

Food safety laws may prohibit returns of food items once delivered or accepted.

AGRORION does not handle, inspect, or store food products and is not responsible for:

  • Foodborne illness

  • Spoilage

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Allergic reactions

All such matters must be resolved directly with the seller.


Disputes Between Buyers & Sellers

If a dispute arises:

  1. Buyers should first contact the seller directly.

  2. Sellers and buyers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.

  3. AGRORION may, at its discretion, provide limited administrative assistance but is not obligated to do so.

AGRORION is not responsible for enforcing seller refund policies.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of marketplace privileges

  • Investigation for fraud or abuse

Buyers are encouraged to contact sellers before initiating disputes with payment providers.


Platform Fees

Marketplace or service fees paid to AGRORION (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Limitation of AGRORION’s Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, AGRORION disclaims all liability related to:

  • Refund decisions

  • Product condition

  • Delivery issues

  • Seller policies

  • Regulatory compliance

AGRORION’s role is limited to platform operation only.


Changes to This Policy

AGRORION may update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
