Our mission is to provide a transparent, modern platform where agricultural goods can be discovered, listed, and purchased directly from the source—without unnecessary intermediaries.
AGRORION is headquartered in Germantown, Tennessee, and operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections between buyers and independent third-party sellers. AGRORION does not own, raise, grow, inspect, package, store, transport, or sell any products listed on the Platform.Â

Agriculture is foundational to our communities, our economy, and our food system. AGRORION was created to support farmers and ranchers by giving them access to a broader audience while allowing buyers to make informed purchasing decisions based on transparency, quality, and direct relationships.

How AGRORION Works
AGRORION operates as an online marketplace platform. Independent sellers create listings for their products, which may include produce, livestock, dairy, eggs, or other farm-based goods, subject to our platform rules and applicable laws.
Buyers may browse listings, communicate with sellers, and complete transactions directly with those sellers through the Platform.
AGRORION:
- Provides the digital infrastructure
- Hosts product listings
- Facilitates communication
- May process payments through third-party payment processors
AGRORION does not:
- Act as a buyer or seller
- Take title to goods
- Guarantee product quality
- Verify regulatory compliance on behalf of sellers
- Control pricing, delivery, or fulfillment
Independent Sellers & Legal Compliance
All sellers on AGRORION are independent third parties and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Federal laws and regulations
- Tennessee state laws
- Shelby County regulations
- City of Germantown ordinances
- Health, food safety, labeling, and livestock regulations
- Licensing, permitting, and tax obligations
AGRORION does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice to sellers and does not represent that any seller or listing is compliant with applicable laws.
Transparency & Responsibility
While AGRORION encourages transparency and responsible business practices, we recognize that agriculture is diverse and regulated differently depending on product type and location.
Buyers are encouraged to:
- Review seller information carefully
- Ask sellers questions directly
- Understand local and state regulations that may apply to their purchase
- Perform their own due diligence before completing a transaction
AGRORION is not responsible for representations made by sellers, nor for outcomes related to product use, consumption, or handling.
Our Role as a Platform
AGRORION’s role is intentionally limited to protect the independence of sellers and the neutrality of the marketplace. We do not intervene in transactions unless necessary to:
- Enforce platform rules
- Respond to legal requests
- Address fraud, abuse, or safety concerns
- Maintain the integrity of the Platform
AGRORION reserves the right to remove listings or accounts at its discretion to protect the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
